2. Screen Mirroring & Local Network (Apple Compliance)

        Strict Zero-Data-Retention Policy for Mirroring: Our application utilizes an iOS Broadcast Extension and WebSockets for real-time screen mirroring and media casting to Google TV.
        We DO NOT record, capture, store, log, or transmit any of your screen content or media files to our servers or any third-party servers.
All visual and audio data generated during a session is transmitted exclusively over your local Wi-Fi network.
Local Network permissions are strictly used to discover and establish a connection with receiver devices on your network.

    

3. Advertising and Third-Party Data Collection (AppLovin Compliance)

To support our application, we integrate third-party advertising networks, specifically AppLovin and its mediation partners. These ad networks collect and use certain data to provide personalized and non-personalized advertisements.

Data Collected by Ad Networks: When you use our app, advertising partners may collect device identifiers (such as Apple's IDFA), IP addresses, device types, OS versions, network connection type, and app usage data (e.g., ad interactions).
App Tracking Transparency (iOS): We adhere to Apple’s App Tracking Transparency framework. We will request your explicit consent before tracking your activity across other companies' apps and websites for targeted advertising.

4. Your Privacy Rights (GDPR & CCPA)

We rely on your consent or our legitimate interests to process data for advertising. You have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your data. You can withdraw your consent for personalized advertising at any time using your device settings.

For California Residents (CCPA/CPRA)

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act, you have the right to request access to the specific pieces of personal information we have collected, request deletion, and opt-out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. We do not sell data directly, but sharing device identifiers with ad networks like AppLovin may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" under CCPA. You can exercise your right to opt-out via your device settings.

5. How to Opt-Out of Targeted Advertising

You can control targeted advertising through your device's native settings:

iOS Devices: Go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking and toggle off "Allow Apps to Request to Track" or disable the toggle specifically for our app. Alternatively, go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Apple Advertising and turn off "Personalized Ads".

6. Children's Privacy (COPPA)

Our application is not intended for children under the age of 13 (or 16 in certain EEA countries). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children, nor do we intentionally serve targeted advertising to users known to be under this age limit.
